This kit is analytically validated with ready-to-use reagents. 背景信息 Mouse IFN-γ (Immune interferon, Type II interferon, T cell interferon, Macro- phage-activating factor (MAF), IFN-gamma, etc.) is a potent multifunctional cytokine which is secreted primarily by activated NK cells and T cells. Originally characterized based on its anti-viral activities, IFN-γ also exerts anti-proliferative, immunoregulatory, and proinflammatory activities.
