Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.生物信息 免疫原品种 Purified human T cells 克隆 UCHT1 宿主 Mouse 特异性 This antibody recognizes 22/26/30 kDa molecular weight lymphocyte surface molecules associated with the T cell antigen receptor complex. CD3 is closely associated on the lymphocyte cell surface with the T cell antigen receptor TcR (2-4). It is believed that the CD3 complex transmits activational signals to the T cell's interior upon antigen recognition by TcR . CD45 (LCA), a protein tyrosine phosphatase, is a potent regulator of signal transduction by the CD3 complex. It reacts with the majority of peripheral blood T lymphocytes, a major proportion of thymocytes, the majority of T cell chronic lymphocytic leukaemia cells, Sézary leukaemias and approximately 70% of acute lymphoblastic leukaemias of T cell origin.

Entrez基因汇总 The protein encoded by this gene is the CD3-epsilon polypeptide, which together with CD3-gamma, -delta and -zeta, and the T-cell receptor alpha/beta and gamma/delta heterodimers, forms the T-cell receptor-CD3 complex. This complex plays an important role in coupling antigen recognition to several intracellular signal-transduction pathways. The genes encoding the epsilon, gamma and delta polypeptides are located in the same cluster on chromosome 11. The epsilon polypeptide plays an essential role in T-cell development.
