描述 Sheep Anti-Mouse Ig Antibody, F(ab')2, FITC conjugate 概述 The reagent is an anti-mouse Ig antibody, F(ab')2 fragment from sheep. The F(ab')2 fragments are obtained by pepsin digestion and conjugated with 5(6)- carboxy-fluorescein-N-hydroxysuccinimide ester (fluorescein) and stabilized in buffer.The molar ratio of fluorescein: protein is between 3-4.

应用说明 The reagent allows the detection of primary mouse antibodies (monoclonal/ polyclonal) in immunohistochemistry (Volson 1984), immunocytochemistry (Gonatas et al. 1987) as well as the detection of mouse monoclonal antibodies from hybridoma supernatants by indirect immunofluorescence.
RECOMMENDED CONCENTRATION:
Immunohisto/cytochemistry: 1:50 (20 μg/mL)
The concentrated stock solution (1.0 mg/mL) should be diluted with PBS, pH 7.1 with 15 mg/mL bovine serum albumin.生物信息 宿主 Sheep 特异性 The reagent recognizes all mouse immunoglobulin classes and subclasses, independently from the type of the light chain. The antibody shows no cross- reactivity (<0.01%) with fetal calf serum (FCS) and normal serum from bovine, rabbit, goat, horse, and human. Weak reaction can be detected with normal serum from guinea pig (<0.1%). Cross-reactivity can be detected with normal serum from rat (<10%).
