应用说明 Western blot positive control for AB1559 (using ECL): load 10 μL or more per lane. It may be necessary to load more (20 μL) depending on antibody dilution and antibody used. Will give one major band of approximately 45 kDa.
The solution is supplied ready-to-use. The material should be heated once prior to loading on gels. If the product has been stored for several weeks then it may be preferable to add 5 μL of fresh 2X sample buffer per 10 μL of the AG281 prior to heating and loading on the gel.
