背景信息 GCC185 (GRIP and coiled-coil domain-containing protein 2), also known as GCC2, is a peripheral membrane protein that belongs to the Golgi-localized Golgin family of proteins. It is localized to the trans-Golgi network and regulates vesicular transport between the endosomes and the Golgi. GCC185 is needed for anchoring noncentrosomal microtubules from the Golgi and for receipt of transport vesicles inbound from late endosomes. GCC185 binds Rab6.
