背景信息 Tumor-associated antigen CO-029 is also known as Tetraspanin-8 (Tspan-8) and Transmembrane 4 superfamily member 3 (TM4SF3). CO-029 is a member of the tetraspanin family and has been found in gastric, colon, rectal, and pancreatic carcinomas. CO-029 functions as a regulator of both cell-matrix and cell-cell adhesion.
