背景信息 Integrin alpha-8 is involved in the development of kidney, and possibly other organs, through the organization of mesenchymal cells into epithelial structures. As a neural receptor it recognizes several ligands including TNC, FN1, SPP1 TGFB1, TGFB3, VTN, and mediates cell-cell interactions and adhesion.
