    背景信息 The alpha-(1,3)-fucosyltransferase 7 (Fuc-TVII) protein is a member of the glycosyltransferase 10 family. It is expressed in leukocytes. The precise role of alpha-(1,3)-fucosyltransferase 7 has not been fully deciphered; however, previous studies have suggested that it is involved in glycosylation pathway leading to the production of fucosylated glycans and sialyl Lewis x ligands which mediate the interaction of selectins and leucocytes, in which selectins mediate the adhesion of leucocytes to platelets or targeted endothelial cells.
