背景信息 COP9 signalosome complex subunit 8 (CSN8, COPS8), also known as Signalosome subunit 8 (SGN8), is a nuclear-enriched protein complex belonging to the CSN8 family. It is comprised of eight subunits that interact with deubiquitinating enzymes and protein kinases.
