背景信息	ITPA (Inosine triphosphate pyrophosphatase) is a member of the HAM1 NTPase family and catalyzes the pyrophosphohydrolysis of inosine triphosphate (ITP) to inosine monophosphate (IMP). It is ubiquitously expressed in the cytoplasm. Mutations in ITPA have been associated with inosine triphosphate pyrophosphohydrolase deficiency (ITPAD).
