背景信息 Laforin, also known as Epilepsy, progressive myoclonus type 2A protein (EPM2A), is a member of the protein-tyrosine phosphatase family. EPM2A is a dual-specificity phosphatase that associates with polyribosomes and may be involved in the control of glycogen metabolism.
