背景信息 NLRP1 (NACHT, LRR and PYD domains-containing protein 1) is also known as Caspase recruitment domain-containing protein 7, Death effector filament-forming ced-4-like apoptosis protein, and Nucleotide-binding domain and caspase recruitment domain. NLRP1 forms cytoplasmic structures called death effector filaments, is known to bind ATP, and has been shown to stimulate apoptosis via activation of caspase-3. NLRP1 is widely expressed.
