背景信息 Adhesion-regulating molecule 1 (ADRM1), also known as Proteasomal ubiquitin receptor ADRM1, 110 kDa cell membrane glycoprotein (GP110), Proteasome regulatory particle non-ATPase 13, and Rpn13 homolog is an integral plasma membrane protein which promotes cell adhesion. ADRM1 is localized to the nucleus. Expression of ADRM1 has been shown to be induced by gamma interferon in some cancer cells. EMD Millipore's rabbit polyclonal Anti-ADRM1 has been validated in western blottting in mouse testis tissue lysate. Handling Recommendations: Upon receipt and prior to removing the cap, centrifuge the vial and gently mix the solution. Aliquot into microcentrifuge tubes and store at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles, which may damage IgG and affect product performance.
