背景信息 NO66 is a lysine-specific demethylase that removes methyl groups from histone H3 at lysine 4 and lysine 36. This enzyme has been shown to more readily demethylate trimethylated H3 'Lys-4' (H3K4me3) and monomethylated H3 Lys4 (H3K4me1) consistent with its role in modulating the histone code.
