    背景信息 DNA repair protein XRCC3 or X-ray repair cross-complementing protein 3 is part of the homologous recombination repair (HRR) pathway of double-stranded DNA, which is thought to repair chromosomal fragmentation, translocations and deletions. DNA repair protein XRCC3 also helps regulate mitochondrial DNA copy number under oxidative stress in conjunction with RAD51 and RAD51C. DNA repair protein XRCC3 defects can increase susceptibility to breast cancer (BC) and cutaneous malignant melanoma type 6 (CMM6).
