背景信息 PHD finger protein 11 is also referred to as BRCA1 C-terminus-associated protein or Renal carcinoma antigen NY-REN-34.
PHD finger protein 11 is a regulator of Th1-type cytokine gene expression and interacts with BRCA1 and RELA. PHD finger protein 11 is considered a transcription regulator, possibly through the alteration of chromatin and is highly expressed in T and B-cells, natural killer and mature dendritic cells, as found in low levels in most normal tissues.
