背景信息	QSOX1 (Sulfhydryl oxidase 1) is a member of the quiescin-sulfhydryl oxidase (QSOX) family and catalyzes the oxidation of sulfhydryl groups in peptide and protein thiols to disulfides with the reduction of oxygen to hydrogen peroxide. It has two isoforms; Isoform 1 is expressed on golgi apparatus membrane and isoform 2 is secreted. QSOX1 is expressed in heart, placenta, lung, liver, skeletal muscle, pancreas, and very weakly in brain and kidney.
