背景信息	GPX4 (Phospholipid hydroperoxide glutathione peroxidase, mitochondrial) is a member of the glutathione peroxidase family protecting cells against membrane lipid peroxidation and cell death. It is required for normal sperm development and male fertility. GPX4 is a monomer, but has a tendency to form higher mass oligomers.

Note: Variability in freezer temperatures below -20°C may cause glycerol containing solutions to become frozen during storage.
