应用说明 Western blot: 1:1,000 on neonatal rat brain and COS-7 cells transfected with mouse Plexin-A1. The antibody reacts with the ~220 kDa protein. The suggested antibody diluent is PBS containing 5% non-fat milk and 0.04% Tween 20. Other bands may be present depending on the concentration of antibody and sample used.
