应用说明	Western blotting:0.5-1.0 μg/mL. The antibody recognizes a protein of ~ 62 kDa on rat brain tissue lysate and mouse spinal cord lysate. An additional band at ~22 kDa maybe seen depending on detection system and samples used. Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.
