产品信息 格式 Affinity Purified 控制 - CONTROL ANTIGEN: Included free of charge with the antibody is 20 μg of control antigen (lyophilized powder in phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, containing 5% sucrose and 0.025% sodium azide). The stock solution of the antigen can be made up using 200 μL of sterile deionized water. For negative control, preincubate 1 μg of peptide with 1 μg of antibody for one hour at room temperature. Optimal concentrations must be determined by the end user.
演示 Affinity purified immunoglobulin. Lyophilized from PBS, pH 7.4, containing 1% BSA and 0.05% sodium azide as a preservative. Reconstitute with 50 μL of sterile deionized water. 应用说明 In preparing full-length protein samples for Western blot or immunoprecipitation, the procedures should be performed at 4°C, with the following protease inhibitor mixture: pepstatin A (1 μg/mL), leupeptin (1 μg/mL), aprotinin (1 μg/mL), Pefabloc SC (0.2 mM), benzamidine (0.1 mg/mL), and calpain inhibitors I and II (8 μg/mL each).
Western blot: 1:100-1:200 using ECL on rat brain membranes.
Immunohisto/cytochemistry on rat brain sections.
Immunoprecipitation
Dilutions should be made using a carrier protein such as BSA (1-3%)

The isoform alpha-1B gives rise to N-type calcium currents. N-type calcium channels belong to the high-voltage activated (HVA) group and are blocked by omega-conotoxin-GVIA (omega-CTx-GVIA) and by omega-agatoxin- IIIA (omega-Aga-IIIA). They are however insensitive to dihydropyridines (DHP), and omega-agatoxin-IVA (omega-Aga-IVA). Calcium channels containing alpha-1B subunit may play a role in directed migration of immature neurons.

SUBUNIT: Multisubunit complex consisting of alpha-1, alpha-2, beta and delta subunits in a 1:1:1:1 ratio. The channel activity is directed by the pore-forming and voltage-sensitive alpha-1 subunit. In many cases, this subunit is sufficient to generate voltage-sensitive calcium channel activity. The auxiliary subunits beta and alpha-2/delta linked by a disulfide bridge regulate the channel activity. Interacts with RIMS1 and RIMBP2 (By similarity).

储存和货运信息 存储条件 Maintain lyophilized material at -20°C for up to 12 months after date of receipt. After reconstitution maintain at 2-8°C in undiluted aliquots for up to 2 weeks.
