背景信息 Neurotrimin (Ntm) is a cell adhesion molecule that along with opiod-binding cell adhesion molecule (OBCAM) and limbic system-associated membrane protein (LAMP) comprises the IgLON family of neural cell adhesion molecules. Ntm has been shown to have roles in mediating neurite outgrowth, in constructing noncovalent homodimers within the membrane plane, and in advancing cell adhesion via a homophilic process.
