应用说明 Immunohistochemistry: 1:5000-10,000 using a cyanine-conjugated secondary antibody. Enzymatic detection requires substantially higher antibody dilutions. Lightly fixed 4% PFA fixed material is recommended. The antibody has not been tested in western blot.
