It is recommended that the antibody is diluted in PBS containing 10% normal goat serum and 0.5% Triton X-100. AB1574 has been used for both light and electron microscopic studies of rat retina, cortex and hippocampus.
Western blot: It has been reported that this antibody works for Western blot (Minelli, 1996).
