    概述 Full-length, recombinant, human PKC fused to a His•Tag® sequence and expressed in S. frugiperda insect cells. PKC is a calcium-independent PKC, which is expressed in T lymphocytes and muscle. PKC is reported to be required for T cell activation, proliferation, and cytokine production.
