背景信息	Autophagy is the process by which cells recycle cytoplasm and dispose of excess or defective organelles. This process is suggested to be involved in development, differentiation, growth regulation, and tissue remodeling in multicellular organisms. Atg (APG10 protein) plays a role in the conjugation of APG5 to APG12 and this conjugate is required for elongation of the isolation membrane to form a complete spherical autophagosome. APG10 is able to interact with MAP1LC3A and with APG5 and APG7.
