No. 506119) (1:1000) pre-incubated with peptide immunogen (lane 1), a generic phophothreonine-containing peptide (lane 2), a generic phosphotyrosine-containg peptide (lane 3), non-phosphorylated peptide corresponding to the phosphopeptide (lane 4), without peptide (lane 5), with phophopeptide derived from the corresponding region of JNK1&2 (lane 6), and phosphopetide derived from the corresponding region of ERK1&2 (lane 7). Detection: chemiluminescence.
