经验配方 CAS号 C₉H₅N₃O₂ 41443-28-1 描述 概述 A cell-permeable, potent and selective inhibitor of nitric oxide (NO)-sensitive guanylyl cyclase (IC50 = 20 nM). In incubated cerebellum slices, ODQ reversibly inhibits the NO-dependent cGMP response to glutamate receptor agonists without affecting NOS activity. It does not chemically inactivate NO; however, it does inhibit cGMP generation in response to NO donors.
