纯度 >95% by SDS-PAGE 描述 概述 Recombinant, human neuregulin 1 (NRG1), isoform SMDF (sensory and motor neuron-derived factor), consisting of amino acids 1-263, 117-296, and 162-296, each fused at the C-terminus to a His•Tag® sequence and expressed in S. frugiperda Sf21 cells using a baculovirus expression system. The neuregulin (also known as heregulin) family of cytokines is comprised of multiple secreted or membrane-bound isorforms that are produced from the single heregulin gene by alternative splicing and/or usage of different promoters. NRG1 isoform SMDF is a type III isoform with a C-terminal EGF-like domain that interacts with the erbB family of tyrosine kinase receptors.
