描述 概述 Recombinant rat interferon-γ (IFN-γ) expressed in E. coli as a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide containing 135 amino acids. Purified by chromatographic methods. IFN-γ is a type II cytokine produced by activated T cells and natural killer cells.
