    概述 A highly potent cell-permeable and reversible inhibitor of glycogen synthase kinase-3β (GSK-3β; IC50 = 9 nM). Also inhibits Cdk1 (IC50 = 25 nM) and Cdk5 (IC50 = 20 nM) activities. Acts by binding to the ATP-binding pocket of these enzymes.
