描述
概述	A potent, reversible, and ATP-compatible inhibitor of GSK-3β (glycogen synthase kinase 3β), Cdk1 (cyclin-dependent kinase1) and Cdk5 (IC₅₀ = 22 nM, 180 nM, and 100 nM, respectively). Inhibits the proliferation of a large range of cells by arresting them in the G₂/M phase of the cell cycle. Inhibits Tau phosphorylation in vitro and in vivo at Alzheimer’s disease-specific sites. Also reported to inhibit the in vivo phosphorylation of DARPP-32 by Cdk5 on Thr⁷⁵.
