描述
概述	A potent vasodilator found in normal tissues and blood. Activates nitric oxide synthase. Formed by the decarboxylation of L-histidine. Activation of histamine H₁ receptors leads to Ca²⁺ mobilization, whereas histamine H₂ receptor activation stimulates adenylate cyclase activity in neurons. Stimulated time- and concentration-dependent increase in p38 and p42/p44 MAP kinases in DDT(1) MF2 cells.
