    特殊指南 Dissolve the antibody in 50 µl deionized water to make a 1 mg/ml stock solution. Further dilutions should be made in a physiological buffer containing a carrier protein such as 1-3% BSA. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles of stock solutions. To reduce nonspecific staining, centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10000 x g for 5 min) to remove any aggregates. Dissolve the peptide in 100 µl deionized water and store in aliquots at -20°C.
