    概述 A cell permeable, reversible, and substrate competitive phosphatidylinositol ether analog that potently and selectively inhibits Akt (PKB) (IC50 of 5.0 µM). Moderately inhibits PI 3-K activity (IC50 = 83.0 µM). Also inhibits the growth of various cancer cell lines with IC50 values in the 1 - 10 µM range.
