    描述 Calyculin A/Okadaic acid-treated A431Cell Lysate
    长描述 Cellular protein preparation. Cells were serum starved overnight with serum-free media. Cells were cultured for 6 hours in the presence of a final concentration of 50nM Calyculin A (19-139) and 500nM Okadaic acid (495604). Cells were washed with ice-cold PBS and lysed in RIPA buffer. Protein concentration was determined and diluted with 2X SDS-PAGE sample loading buffer with 5% 2-Mercaptoethanol. Lysate was then boiled for 5 minutes.
