背景信息 Phosphodiesterase 3A (PDE3A) is an inotropic agent that has been used to treat congestive heart failure. In the pre-ovulatory follicle, it is thought to play a big role in oocyte meiotic resumption. PDE3A has been shown to be activated by PKB/Akt-mediated phosphorylation.
