背景信息	Aurora A, B, and C, are members of the serine/threonine kinase family. These have been identified as important regulators of the mitotic cell division process. Aurora B, specifically, is involved in the regulation of centrosome function, bipolar spindle assembly, and chromosome segregation. Aurora-C is a chromosomal passenger protein that form complexes with Aurora B and INCENP (which binds and activates Aurora C in vivo and in vitro).
