Detection of mouse PGC-1α by immunohistochemistry. Sample: Brown adipose tissue, fixed with acetone/ethanol, from a mouse held at room temperature (left and center panels) and from a mouse held at 4°C for 5 hr (right panel). Primary antibody: Anti-PGC-1α Mouse mAb (1F3.9) (Cat. No. ST1203) (1 µg/ml) (center and right panel only; left panel stained with secondary alone). Detection: DAB.
