    背景信息 With SmartFlare™ RNA Detection probes, you can detect RNA in LIVE CELLS with ease. With just an overnight incubation of MLH1; Human, Cyanine 5, RNA Detection Probe you can detect the presence of MLH1 within your cells.
    The MLH1 gene is one of at least 4 genes encoding proteins involved in the repair of mismatch nucleotides following DNA replication or repair. Mutations in the MLH1 gene contribute to the development of sporadic colorectal carcinoma, while germline MLH1 mutations are responsible for ~35% of inherited, non-polyposis colorectal carcinoma (HNPCC). MLH1 encodes a protein of 756 amino acids.
