背景信息	With SmartFlare™ RNA Detection probes, you can detect RNA in LIVE CELLS with ease. With just an overnight incubation of TP53; Human, Cyanine 5, RNA Detection Probe you can detect the presence of TP53 within your cells. p53 is a tumor suppressor protein that is mutated in >50% of human tumors. The transcriptional activity of p53 is induced by DNA damage, leading to growth arrest or apoptosis. p53 is phosphorylated in vivo by several kinases, including DNA-dependent Protein Kinase I (DNA-PKI), protein kinase C, MAP kinase, casein kinase I, or casein kinase II. Phosphorylation of p53 alters the transcriptional activity of p53.
