背景信息	With SmartFlare™ RNA Detection probes, you can detect RNA in LIVE CELLS with ease. With just an overnight incubation of SMARCB1; Human, Cyanine 3 RNA Detection Probe you can detect the presence of SMARCB1 within your cells. SNF5 is part of a complex that relieves repressive chromatin structures, allowing the transcriptional machinery to access its targets more effectively. The encoded nuclear protein has also been shown to bind to and enhance the DNA joining activity of HIV-1 integrase. It has been found to be a tumor suppressor, and the loss of SNF5 has been associated with malignant rhabdoid tumors. Tumor cells of synovial sarcoma seem to have a post transcriptional regulatory mechanism for SNF5.
