    概述 Embryonic Stem Cell line derived from DBA/2N blastocysts. DBA/2N is a non-agouti, dilute brown strain, with characteristic greyish fur. Embryos from albino strains such as BALB/C or tyrosinase deficient C57BL/6 may be suitable recipients for chimera production with DBA2 ES cells. The DBA2 ES line was genome verified by determining the alleles at 29 SNPs that are informative across a large number of inbred mouse strains.
