描述 MILLIPLEX MAP Rat Thyroid Magnetic Bead Panel - Endocrine Multiplex Assay 背景信息 Triiodothyronine (T3) and thyroxine (T4) are key hormones secreted from the thyroid gland with a wide-range of biological effects including the metabolism of carbohydrates, fatty acids, and proteins. In addition these hormones play a vital role in the development of the central nervous and skeletal systems. The syntheses and release of T3 and T4 are regulated by Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone (TSH), which is secreted from the anterior pituitary gland. Together, these thyroid hormones play critical roles in the regulation of energy balance and mental and physical development.
