背景信息 Hyaluronan synthase 3 (HAS3) is one of three enzymes, located at the plasma membrane, that synthesizes the glycosaminoglycan hyaluronan. Hyaluronan is involved in cell proliferation, differentiation, angiogenesis, and tumor development, among other cellular processes.
