Detection of mouse cleaved Bid by immunoblotting. Samples: Whole cell lysate from L929 cells left untreated (lane 1), treated with actinomycin alone (5 µg/ml, lane 2), or treated with 5 µg/ml actinomycin plus 2.5 ng/ml, 5 ng/ml, and 10 ng/ml mouse TNFα (lanes 3, 4, 5, respectively).
