特殊指南	Reconstitute the lyophilized antibody with 100 µl of sterile distilled H₂O. Reconstitute the entire contents of the vial; during shipment and handling portions of the lyophilized pellet may have become dislodged and may not be in the bottom of the vial. Following reconstitution, aliquot and freeze (-20°C). Stock solutions are stable for up to 6 months at -20°C. Further dilute with sterile PBS or Tris buffer to dilutions no higher than 1:10.
