    背景信息 Link Proteins are found within the proteoglycan aggregate structures of cartilage tissue. Link Protein 1 (Crtl1) stabilizes the association of the proteoglycan monomers against the central core of hyaluronic acid in the extracellular cartilage matrix and versican in cardiac development. Link Protein 1 (Crtl1) has also been shown to be expressed in AV cushion mesenchyme.
