背景信息	Tumor Necrosis Factor-alpha (TNF-alpha), also known as TSG-6, is a potent lymphoid factor that exerts cytotoxic effects on a wide range of tumor cells and certain other target cells. The mature form of human TNF-alpha has 157 amino acid residues. TNF-alpha induced protein 6 may be involved in cell-cell and cell-matrix interactions during normal inflammatory responses and during tumorigenesis.
