背景信息 Gpr177 (WLS, EVI), the mouse ortholog of Drosophila WIs, is expressed during mouse embryogenesis. It is essential for the patterning of the anterior-posterior axis during mammalian development and is activated by â-catenin and LEF/TCF-dependent transcription.
